"The Fam" enjoying homemade ice cream at our local Canton Market (monthly flea market)

My goal this week was to put my axe to the grind and see some progress. I made it to the gym 3x before coming down with the cold given to me by Gracie (thank you very much). I intended to make it 5x but that wasn't happening yesterday when my head felt like a brick and my body ached with every sneeze.
Today I feel a bit better. There is a spin class @ 24 around 6pm. I'll see...
I haven't documented foods eaten like I used to. I'll see if I can get back to that next week. I think Friday mornings is going to be my weigh in day going forward. It used to be Saturday but if anything happened on a Friday night (going out, date night w/hubby, parties...), I was just miserable thinking about my Saturday morning weigh in :)
